TT Electronics completes Stadium Group acquisition

In February 2018, TT Electronics began the acquisition of Stadium Group in a 45.8million deal. Today, (April 18) the acquisition has been completed.
TT Electronics says Stadium’s business is a “complementary fit” with its own strategy to “build leading positions” in sectors with structural growth drivers.
Richard Tyson, CEO, TT Electronics, comments: “I am delighted to welcome Stadium’s employees and customers to the TT family.
“Stadium adds complementary technologies, including connectivity offerings, in industries we already know well. By combining our power electronics capabilities and research and development expertise, we will drive growth and opportunity for the newly enlarged TT Electronics.”
