Over the past 20 years, The company has been the first to build an 8-inch integrated circuit production line in mainland China and the first fully automatic 12-inch production line in a local enterprise. The group's business includes integrated circuit R&D and manufacturing, electronic components distribution, intelligent system application and other sectors. The core business of chip manufacturing is distributed in four bases in Jinqiao, Zhangjiang, Kangqiao and Wuxi, Pudong. Currently, it operates three 8-inch production lines and three 12-inch production lines. The mass production process covers nodes from 1 micron to 28 nm.
